   NOW ACCEPTING ONLINE RESERVATIONS!  

Reservation Terms & Conditions

• Reservations are only good for the date specified in the reservation.
• All fields must be completed in order for the reservation to be processed.
• Payment for reservations to be paid in advance and includes a $5.00 processing fee.  Additional carts may be rented at the fair for an additional $45.00 fee.  Only cash is accepted at all rental locations at the fair.
• Reservations expire at 12:00 NOON on the day of the reservation.  Due to high demand, there are no exceptions.
• Paid Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.
  Payment for this reservation is considered a legal and binding contract for services.  Any cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance of the reservation date in order to receive a refund.
• Upon claiming reservation you agree to provide a completed rental agreement and leave with Vista Mobility as a security deposit one of the following:
  *Drivers License or State issued ID.
  *Major Credit Card

Please complete your reservation form by completing the information below and selecting PAY NOW.  after payment you will receive a confirmation from PayPal in your E-Mail and you will be directed after payment to download/open a rental form.  Complete all sections of the rental form and then print and sign a copy and bring it to the rental location with your payment confirmation e-mail.

IMPORTANT!  You must bring your payment e-mail confirmation and the completed rental form with you in order to pick-up your reservation.

ELECTRIC CART ONLINE RESERVATION: $50.00 per reserved cart
(Fee includes a $5.00 processing fee for online reservations.  You must submit a separate reservation for each cart you wish to reserve.)

Online reservations are no longer being accepted for this event.  The remainder of scooters for these days will be issued on a first come first served basis at the fair.  Thank You.
