   NOW ACCEPTING ONLINE RESERVATIONS!  

Reservation Terms & Conditions

• Reservations are only good for the date specified in the reservation.
• All fields must be completed in order for the reservation to be processed.
• Payment for reservations to be paid at the rental location.  Additional carts may be rented at the fair for an additional $45.00 fee.  Only cash is accepted at all rental locations at the fair.
• Reservations expire two hours after scheduled opening time on the day of the reservation.  Due to high demand there are no exceptions. Open Daily at 9am.
• Pre-Paid Reservations are not accepted for this event.
• Upon claiming reservation you agree to provide a completed rental agreement and leave with Vista Mobility as a security deposit one of the following:
  *Drivers License or State issued ID.
  *Major Credit Card

Please complete your reservation form by opening the rental form and completing the information.  You will receive a confirmation by submitting the form.  Complete all sections of the rental form.

IMPORTANT!  You must bring your confirmation form with you in order to pick-up your reservation.  We recommend that you pick up your reservation at either Gate 1 or Gate 10.  Reservations must be picked up by 11:30am

ELECTRIC CART ONLINE RESERVATION: $45.00 per reserved cart must be paid at the rental location in cash only.

Reservations are no longer being accepted for the 2008 State Fair.  Please visit us again next year.
